Registration fees
General notes on Registration fees
- Abstracts will be included in the Scientific Program and in the Abstract Book only if they are associated with a valid registration (on-site or online).
- All presenters must be registered.
- All chairs, convenors and facilitators are required to register with an on-site registration tier and attend in person.
- Since each author can submit 2 orals and 1 poster, each registration can cover a maximum of 2 orals and 1 poster or 1 oral and 2 posters or 3 posters if these will be presented by the same author.
- Each participant will be required to state in their registration process the submission number and title of the abstract they want to cover with their registration.
- The deadline for registration for inclusion in the program is the 15th of June 2023.
- The deadline for changes from an Onsite registration tier to an Online one is the 14th of August 2023 at 12:00 Central European Time.

Notes for fees for On-site participation at the conference.
- Member and Non-Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception.
- Full Member and Full Non-Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- Reduced Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception. Reduced Fees are dedicated to delegates coming from eligible countries.
- Full Reduced Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. Full Reduced Fees are dedicated to delegates coming from eligible countries.
- *Student member and Student non-member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception.
- *Full Student Member and Full Student non-member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
*Note: Proof of student status is required to be eligible for the respective registration fee. If you are not an EHPS member, please provide proof of student status by email at: info@easyconferences.eu (Student ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the headed paper of the institution).

Notes for fees for Online participation at the conference.
- Online Registration tiers cover full access to the Conference Platform and the live streams of the sessions of the conference.
- Accepted submissions covered by an Online Registration (oral and poster) will be required to have their presentations uploaded on the Conference Platform by the 21st of August. If you have ordered and paid for the printing of a poster you must upload the pdf file by the 15th of August.
- Online presentations will be scheduled within thematic sessions and will be placed at the end of the respective sessions. Pre-recorded presentations will be played by the onsite conference staff, through the Conference Platform. These presentations will be livestreamed but unfortunately it will not be possible to establish 2-way-communication between online participants or presenters with the session room.
- Posters covered by an Online Registration will be printed and posted during the onsite poster sessions, by the onsite conference staff, for a fee of 20 euro, payable through the registration system. The material to be printed, in PDF form, will be retrieved from the conference platform. On-site poster sessions will not be live streamed.

Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception.
- Full Member Fees cover access to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- To claim either of these registration tiers, you will need to have a valid DGP membership.
- You will be required to state that you are a member of DGP and give your DGP membership number on the first page of the registration form, titled “Personal Details” in the field titled “I am a member of…”
Workshop Registration Fees
Notes for fees for Workshops.
- Workshop registration fees include one coffee break for each of the Half- day workshop and two coffee breaks for each of the Full day workshops.
- Before registering for a workshop please check if the workshop is planned to be held as a hybrid or as an on-site only event.
- Half day workshops have been scheduled to be held in the afternoon except for the one titled “Knowing what you’re talking about: creating comprehensive construct definitions and making them useful in practice” which will be held in the morning.

How to register
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.
