To reach the conference venues in GW2 building and lecture hall building (Hörsaalgebäude) and cafeteria (Mensa), you need to take the stairs or elevator (located in the Glass Hall) up to the level of the Boulevard.

The entrance on the upper level (Boulevard) is located to the left of the building and is equipped with an automatic sliding door.
To the right of the building, there is an elevator that leads to the entrance of the lower level.
The entrance on the lower level is located in front of the building on the left side, near the elevator.

Disabled Toilet

  • The only disabled toilet in the building is located on the upper level.
  • Toilet is approachable from one side.
  • The sink is reachable with extended faucets.
  • Mirror is at a height of approximately 115 cm.
  • Step-on trash can.
  • Changing table is on the right wall.
  • Emergency call button is next to the door.

Nursing rooms

Two rooms are be available for nursing or other health care. Both are located in GW2.
The nursing room in GW2 B1065 is available for all members and visitors of the university and can also be used by conference attendees.
To provide more privacy, we have also reserved another room, GW2 B1632, for conference attendees. It will be open between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and is dark, without windows.
